Wearehappy to announce that WODE JUKEBOX has now entered massproduction, theengineering team has shaken out the last issues andwill remain on siteat the Wode factory thoughout the first productionrun. We will beuploading a video of the SMT line and post news on theforum thatexplains to end users the current situation of wodeproduction...
The first production run of 10.000 pcs. will be completed on 22nd of december.
Nowthebad news, there is, again, a slight delay on the vertical stand,thefactory has completed the injection molding tool required toproduce thevertical stand and will deliver the first 20pcs. for finalapproval onthe 18th of december, mass production can then commence andon the 22ndwe will recieve the first 2000 pcs. ready to be assembled.
TheWodefactory is standing by to install the LCD and slave board and weareconfident that on the 23rd of december we will dispatch thefirstshipment of Wode, this will be a minimum of 1000 pcs.
Tofulfillthe backorders we calculate that the qts shipped to distributorswillbe between 20 and 40% of the total order every day until thewholeorder has been satisfied. Since the Wode factory is in chinaanddoesn't close for Christmas we will ship everday until theoutstandingorders have been completed.
We plan to ship out thefirst 20 review pcs.of Wode to distributors on the 18th (maybe 1 perdistributor and major'scene' websites).
Itis important to let you know that the second Wode production run of 10kpieces is scheduled for completion at the end of the 3rd week ofjanuary. This means thatthe second batch of Wodes will be available tothe market at the end ofJanuary.
