Wii.cs Tools est une application pour Windows developpe par Leathl regroupant different outils de manipulation de fichier wad.

Voici la liste des outils contenu dans ce pack

U8Mii - Packs and Unpacks U8 archives (including headers and Lz77 (De)compression)
UltimateU8 - Advanced U8 Editor
TplMii - Converts images to Tpl and vice versa (including Tpl preview)
Lz77Mii - Compresses and Decompresses files using the Lz77 algorithm
DolMii - Inserts a new Dol file into a wad (Uses Waninkokos Nandloader)

Ya bien genTPL dedans, mais quand je clique dessus rien ne s'ouvre...

Je crois qu'il est inclus au programme, il s'execute auto a la création enfin je sais pas désolé
